I've got a spreadsheet with 150 songs on it. We've performed about a third of this list, and the rest are (mostly) songs that we'd like to do in the future.

I use this spreadsheet to make notes about how we perform each piece - who takes the "head" (the melody the first time through), the tempo of the piece, and how we plan on ending it.
The setlist is really only a guideline. We often change it up during the performance, skipping sections, and moving pieces around based on the mood of the audience.

So, having said that, here's the setlist from a year ago (November 2008) - this may not match what we actually played.

Lullaby of Birdland
Lazy River
How High the Moon

Blue Monk (2x each time)
- this was before Sara joined the band, so it was instrumental only.
Sometime Ago
Do you know what it means?

Basin Street Blues
Waltz for Debby
It Don't Mean a Thing

Blue Bossa (2x each time)
Autumn Leaves
Satin Doll

These Foolish Things
Don't Get Around Much Anymore
Come Sunday
- We took the repeat out of this piece. I think we'd include the repeat if we did it today.

Out of Nowhere
My Funny Valentine
- I can't believe we did this in November! Oh, the anachronism!
- This piece did feature the trumpet nicely.
That Old Feeling

In a Mellow Tone
Solitude
Bye Bye Blackbird
- we used to triple tag the ending of this one.
