I'm excited about this performance, especially the addition of the Beatles' tune "I Will". It's a simple, but singable, tune, and it's been stuck in my head since our rehearsal Sunday night. The harmonies during the bridge are a great place for a sax and flute duet, and the chord changes are interesting to improvise over.
I'll admit that I wasn't initially keen on the idea of including this piece, but I'm glad Jonathan persisted.
